Breakfast good, somewhat cold atmosphere, bed good, shower went well, plastic actually uncomfortable to unappealing.

The location is of course not central, but I had expected that. Unfortunately one heard the motorway/expressway strongly (despite closed window).

I chose Best Western for its convenient location near the landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, especially the complimentary newspapers in the lobby and the dry cleaning/laundry services. the sumptuous buffet offered a stand with a chef to cook eggs to order, which I really enjoyed.

Long wait time for dinner.

For our purposes, the situation was good. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Well stocked minibar... Dogs are welcome... Sufficient parking spaces.

Small very functional rooms with little charm... Almost no shelf in the bathroom. W-LAN does not work (we were kicked out after a few minutes or even seconds each time)

19,-€ for breakfast seems to me a little too much, as there was no breakfast, I find that a little excessive

We had a blast playing a game of Pétanque on their own Pétanque terrain. It was so much fun and a great way to hang out and compete with our friends. The hotel really knows how to create a fun atmosphere for young people.

The only thing I wish was better for young party-going people like us is more nightlife options nearby. We were looking for some cool bars or clubs to let loose and have a great night out, but there weren't many options in the immediate vicinity.

The bed was too hard and pillows lumpy, so I had a back ache in the morning.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were quite impressed with our experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a beautiful area and conveniently close to the Frankfurt airport. Additionally, it is within walking distance to a charming town called Steinheim, where we found a variety of fantastic restaurants to choose from.

Luxurious Hotel with Excellent Facilities

During our recent stay at a Best Western hotel in Hanau, we were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities and excellent facilities. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were a delight, with comfortable beds, a coffee machine, and a clean bathroom. We especially appreciated the good working wifi, which even allowed us to stream TV shows without any issues.

Although we did encounter a slight inconvenience with the higher price compared to other hotels in the chain, it was well worth it for the luxurious experience we had. I would highly recommend this Best Western hotel in Hanau for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Stokkum and had a great time playing pétanque on the hotel's own terrain. It was a unique and fun experience for our whole family. The terrain was well-maintained, and the staff provided us with all the necessary equipment. Playing pétanque together created lasting memories and was a highlight of our trip.

My children wanted more family-friendly activities in the hotel.
